THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. Adaptly is a healthcare coordination and recovery tracking platform designed to support communication between patients and their healthcare teams. The content, recommendations, and recovery plans provided through Adaptly are for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All recovery plans, milestones, and recommendations are generated based on general recovery patterns and should be reviewed and approved by your licensed healthcare provider before implementation. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Adaptly.

In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Adaptly is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Adaptly, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Adaptly for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Adaptly makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Medical Information and Liability

Adaptly provides tools for recovery tracking and care coordination but does not provide medical services or advice. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
  • Recovery plans and recommendations must be reviewed and approved by your healthcare provider
  • Adaptly is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use of the platform
  • You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information provided through Adaptly
  • Adaptly does not verify the credentials of healthcare providers or the accuracy of user-submitted information

You agree to hold harmless Adaptly, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided.

Limitations

In no event shall Adaptly or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Adaptly, even if Adaptly or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
